Eating Breakfast Daily

The body has been resting all night long and eating a small meal upon rising is breaking the fast of the night (break + fast). Eating in the morning will replenish the body with needed nutrients.
Eating protein during the breakfast meal is usually recommended. It will stay with you longer and also give the body the ability to repair and restore from the overnight fasting session. If you do not eat breakfast, the body will not run as well. It will be like running a car near empty on gasoline.
Meeting the body’s daily needs in healthy food intake will provide it with the ability to use energy as needed. Many individuals who skip breakfast will find it very hard to make it to lunchtime. And when they do, they may overeat because the body is starving for what it needs.
